Delete your Respite account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Respite, go to You, then Account & backup, and choose Delete account. Your account and everything backed up to it are deleted right away, and Respite's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

By email

No longer have the app? Write to support@liveintently.app from the address you signed in with. We confirm by email and delete everything within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and Sign in with Apple link
• Backed-up goals, streaks and daily totals
• Backed-up pause answers and settings
